I accept Cash, Bank Transfers, or Paypal.
You will be requested to make a deposit of £10 this is to secure your booking.
Deposits for bridal or group bookings is 20% of the total cost of the booking. The deposit will be taken off your total balance of the overall booking.
All deposits are non-refundable however if I am unable to accept your request to take on the booking. In this case, you will be contacted and the deposit will be refunded to you within 2-3 working days (any booking affected by COVID-19 will be able to be rescheduled for a later date without a problem)
Payment for trials should be paid 7 days before the trial and payment for the wedding 1 weeks before the wedding day.
Any additional costs that maybe are incurred on the day should be paid on the day or billed to you the day after the booking and should be paid within 2 days.
Any outstanding balances should be paid upon the stylists arrival before any work has begun.
Booking requested at these early hours will incur an additional early-bird charge
7.30 am - £25.
6 am - £40 plus full cab fare.
4 am - £40 plus full cab fare there and back.
3 am - £50 plus full cab fare there and back.
This is due to the stylist having to wake up extremely early and travel at extremely awkward hours of the night at times to unreachable destinations. An overnight hotel stays with cab fare can be arranged to save costs.
* For Sat/Sun weddings during the peak months (June, July, August, September). Bridesmaid only bookings incur an additional charge of £100. Sunday’s and Bank Holidays have an additional charge of £50.
In case of an emergency or the unlikely event I am not able to attend the appointment, I would do my utmost to find an artist to replace myself if this is not possible a full refund of your deposit will be made.
Should the cancelled appointment turn out to be a postponement, then subject to availability, all money paid may be applied to a rescheduled date. In this case, the total fees chargeable shall be the fee that applied at that time. In the event of Anniedluxe is to taking another booking for your cancelled or postponed date, a refund of your deposit and money paid shall be paid.
If you need to cancel your wedding/appointment and have paid a deposit the deposit is non-refundable.
Please let the stylist know at least 72hours in advance about any change in plans or cancellations as your appointment will be able to de rescheduled for a later date, without the loss of your deposit.
- Travel is charged at £5 per every 5mile from TW13.
- If the wedding is outside of London/UK. The travel cost will depend on the price of a train/plane ticket with a return as well as transportation to the venue of the bride. Accommodation may to be discussed depending on the start time and distance the stylist will need to travel.
If the stylist is to ru 30minutes late to get to the booking the travel cost will be refunded to the client.
The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages. Any objections should be made in writing to Anniedluxehmua@gmail.com
